Nexus Series

Compact size, increased complexity, reduced build time: these are just a few of the benefits of PCB construction. With the rise of integrated circuits in the 1970s, printed circuit boards quickly found their way into nearly all consumer electronics and with that came an explosion of small companies creating effects pedals for guitar players. The Nexus Series offers DIY builders both classic and contemporary effects in compact enclosures with reduced wiring. These kits provide users with all required parts to build a complete stompbox using printed circuit boards.

JFET Boost Pedal
The Seismic / Shift is a JFET boost based on one of the earliest effects to be used on stage. It adds subtle color to a guitar's sound while maintaining the natural tone of the guitar, and packs a serious punch that can cut through any mix.
Modulation - Phaser
Designed in collaboration with Sound Semiconductor, The Phase / Off is built around their SSI2140 IC with 4 temperature-compensated variable transconductance cells for a lush phaser with a wide range of tonal options.

Terminus Series

Point-to-point construction has been a tried-and-true method of building electronics since the discovery of electricity. From the earliest circuits to the complex assemblies of the space age, mission critical electronics have put point-to-point construction through its paces. The Terminus Series is a return to form in both construction and circuit design, allowing you to take part in this traditional method of circuit building that thousands of engineers and designers have relied on through the years. The end result of your work will be a hand-built pedal that pushes the boundaries of sound.

Octave-Up Fuzz Pedal
The Ring In Return is an all-analog design octave-up fuzz effect capturing those late 60s tones. Transformer-coupled germanium diodes produce a wide range of sounds.
Fuzz Distortion
10 Year Anniversary re-release! The Rattler Returns offers the same over-the-top fuzz as the original fan-favorite Rattler and features several new upgrades.
Overdrive / Boost Pedal

The Saturator is an overdrive pedal kit that can cover a wide range of gain effects, transitioning smoothly from a massive clean boost to a warm and saturated distortion with the turn of a knob.

Fuzz Divider Pedal
The Erratic Clutch Deluxe is a unique effect pedal kit that gives you fuzzy square wave distortion as well as a monophonic sub-octave square wave using a total of only four transistors.
Treble Boost Pedal
The Penetrator is a treble boost pedal kit with enough gain to cut straight through any mix. This pedal adds glistening harmonics that get loud enough to saturate your amp’s front end.
Bass Fuzz / Boost Pedal
The Rock Bottom is a bass fuzz kit that gives you all of the sizzle you’d expect from a vintage fuzz without sacrificing those low frequencies.
Fuzz Pedal
The Contortionist II provides the same high-gain fuzz as the first iteration, but now includes a tone control for a wider range of sounds.
Boost Pedal
The Piledriver is an easy-to-build clean boost pedal that provides up to 38dB of gain.
Distortion Pedal
The Thunderdrive is an overdrive pedal that provides a signal boost at low gain settings and its own smooth distortion at high gain.
Overdrive / Distortion Pedal
The Thunderdrive Deluxe adds an LED to the original, along with a turbo switch that creates a boost in volume with less internally generated distortion.
Tube Overdrive Pedal
The Persuader Deluxe comes with one dual triode vacuum tube. In order to experiment with your sound, you can easily swap this tube out for other compatible tubes - just plug and play!
Reverb Pedal
The Verb Deluxe adds a dwell knob to the original and has a longer decay for a full palette of sweet reverb sound from just a hint of reverb to deep, cavernous echoes.
Chorus / Delay Pedal
The Suspended Chime is a lush chorus pedal with a toggleable 190 millisecond delay.
Tremolo Pedal
The Trill is a classic-style tremolo effect with a wide range of sounds from shallow to deep and from slow to rapid-fire.
Filter Pedal
The Tea Philter produces a fixed wah tone allowing you to find the perfect sweet spot and lock it in without rocking the pedal back and forth.
Instrument Attenuator Pedal
The Step Ladder is a battery-free passive input attenuator, great for a slight boost while playing acoustic leads or for pushing an amp into overdrive.

Animus Series

At the dawn of the 20th century, a groundbreaking invention introduced the world to complex electronics - the vacuum tube. These components would find their way into the homes of millions, providing high-quality audio at the twist of a knob. While vacuum tubes have been replaced in many circuit designs, they still shine in guitar amplifiers; guitar amps have been powered by tubes since the 1940s and tube-driven amps are key to the sound of countless famous guitar players. The Animus Series provides the experience of building vacuum-tube-driven circuits from the ground up. All parts, including the chassis, are provided along with detailed instructions. These kits result in a unique piece of equipment with an all-tube signal path, built and wired by hand.

Tube-driven Spring-reverb Amplifier
The Wave is a stand-alone, tube-driven analog spring reverb that can be used in front of your guitar amp or as a line-level analog reverb effect for the recording studio.
Classic Tube Guitar Amplifier
The MOD102 is a 5W tube amplifier based on a classic American tube design with a British-style Class A output section.
Classic Tube Amplifier
The MOD102+ expands on the classic design of the original with added features that allow for a wider variety of tones.
